About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Group Financial Controller to oversee the end-to-end finance function across our multi-jurisdictional group. This role is a critical leadership position that reports directly to the Group CEO and manages the finance function across Thailand, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, and other expansion markets.

The role is both strategic and operational – perfect for someone who thrives in a scale-up environment and wants to help build a world-class finance function.

Key Responsibilities

Own and oversee all financial processes across the group, including accounting, reporting, compliance, treasury, and internal controls
Lead the consolidation of group financials and produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning cycles across multiple entities
Lead the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors, accountants, and tax advisors in each jurisdiction
Oversee and mentor local finance staff, including Finance & Commercial Associates based in Bangkok
Ensure group compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements, including lease accounting and tax matters
Maintain and improve financial systems, reporting tools, and operational workflows
Partner closely with the CEO and executive team to provide commercial insights and support investor relations
Contribute to business expansion efforts by assessing financial feasibility and supporting new market entry
Support the preparation of materials for board meetings, fundraising, and due diligence processes

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred
6–10+ years of experience in finance roles, including at least 3 years in a leadership or group consolidation capacity
Experience working across multiple countries, ideally in Southeast Asia
Strong knowledge of IFRS, consolidations, and lease accounting
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting
Proactive, adaptable, and hands-on – comfortable working in a scale-up or high-growth environment
Fluent in English; Thai or other Southeast Asian languages a plus
