What you will do
- Create excitement about Santai Seaplane in general and to (potential) B2B partners in particular
- Be the go-to person when talking to partners. This includes being the main point of contact, and developing and executing sales and business development strategies, identifying potential new brand-appropriate partners, developing and executing company pitches to partners, investors, and guests. You thrive at understanding the luxury landscape, aviation industry and act on it by building packages and bundles for partners and tracking the success of development initiatives.
- Be the responsible party when it comes to partner needs and requests.
- Work closely with partners (from hotels, agents, corporations, and other types of partners where appropriate).
- Event planning: able to help plan and execute events to promote partnerships and business development. This includes brainstorming event ideas, securing venues and sponsors, and managing the logistics of the event. It also includes promoting the event and tracking its success
- Support wider commercial, sales, and marketing efforts and other tasks as and when required.
- Contribute to other areas of the business according to company needs, skills, and experience.
Qualifications
- Ideally some experience in hospitality or aviation business development or sales
- Analytical, organized, and very structured
- Enjoying working with people, networking, and an outgoing personality
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in Indonesian and English. Other languages are a plus
- Pro-active with a “get things done” attitude
- Be able to think outside the box and be creative
