Seaplane C208 Aircraft Engineer

Location: Thailand or Indonesia

As part of the Operations team of either Santai Seaplane (Indonesia) or Siam Seaplane (Thailand) and under supervision of the Head of Engineering & Maintenance, you will:

• Participate in the establishment of engineering & maintenance processes
• Perform maintenance tasks & release on C208 EX Amphibious aircraft
• Assist with the maintenance manuals and SOPs related to operations
• Pending appropriate experience, manage technical aspects such as:
  • Continuing Airworthiness Engineering & Engine monitoring,
  • Maintenance Planning,
  • Line Maintenance,

The current aircraft type subject to the scope of work is Textron Cessna C208 Amphibian series.

The planning of work will be based on a roster schedule provided by the Head of Engineering & Maintenance, in order to cover the flight operations and maintenance slots.

Mandatory requirements:

• Valid engineer license on C208 EX
• Past experience with seaplane operation, maintenance of Wipaire floats
• Experience with CESCOM & CAMP or CAMO systems
• Experience with EASA & FAA regulations
• Speaks English at business-level
• Showing initiative and being proactive

Additional desired skills:

• Knowledge of Thai or Indonesian Aviation regulations
• Thai or Indonesian national
• Strong interest in general aviation and seaplane operations
