Operations Senior Associate

Siam Seaplane is a premium air charter and amphibious seaplane operator based in Thailand, providing an unparalleled travel experience with better access. Within our AOC organisation, you will participate in ensuring the safety, legality, and efficiency of flight and ground operations in compliance with the CAAT TCars regulations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage daily operations and contribute to the broader regional strategy by collaborating with our sister brands to ensure seamless and synergetic services.

Key Responsibilities

Operational responsibilities:

• Ensure the standard of operational efficiency, safety, and customer service
• Contribute to the operational budget, resource allocation, and performance metrics
• Maintain adherence to the company’s AOC requirements and CAAT regulations
• Oversee and manage daily operations
• Actively participate in the company’s Safety Management System (SMS) and Quality Assurance programs

Strategic & Regional Oversight:

• Contribute to the strategic planning and expansion initiatives of Siam Seaplane
• Collaborate closely with sister brands in the region to identify and capitalize on opportunities for operational synergy and cross-brand service offerings

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Thai national
• Demonstrable experience in an Aircraft operator (Flight Ops, QA)
• Current knowledge of CAAT regulation
• Decision maker, sense of business & budgets
• As a plus: CPL pilot, experience in General or Business aviation
