Responsibilities:
- Work alongside our sister company in Thailand to set up initial partnerships strategy, plan, KPIs and outreach, primarily with luxury (waterfront) hotels, travel agencies, DMCs, brokers, and corporates
- Develop a sponsorship strategy and build a roster of potential sponsors for the company
- Create excitement about Sovanara Seaplane in general and to (potential) partners in particular
- Represent Sovanara Seaplane to resorts, hotels, beach clubs, travel agencies, marinas, yacht operators and other similar companies
- Hit sales targets and actively contribute to setting, adjusting and growing the sales pipeline
- Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress, and executing according to company targets
- Initiate and support the team and management in negotiating partner agreements
- Identify relevant events for Sovanara Seaplane. Coordinate and supervise event representative staff where relevant
- Be involved in sales & marketing of other areas of the company, including but not related to private jet brokerage, electric boats and electric surfboards, aviation products, and others
- Contribute to other areas of the business according to company need, skills and experience
Qualifications/Skills:
- Experience in sales, ideally in hospitality and/or aviation in Cambodia or the region
- Strong communication skills
- Analysing sales data
- Presentation skills
- Management and leadership skills
- Creating and implementing a sales plan
- Developing budgets
- Fluency in both Khmer and English. Thai and/or Chinese is a plus
