Two positions are available for this role. As part of the new Operations team and under supervision of the Group Chief Operating Officer and Group Chief Technical Officer, you will:
- Participate to the establishment of technical and operational processes
- Engage with the regulator (such as SSCA and other relevant Government bodies)
- Pending appropriate experience, manage aspects of operations such as:
- Flight operations
- Engineering
- Maintenance
- Quality assurance
- Knowledge of Cambodian aviation regulations is required
- Past experiences in general aviation or airline operations is a plus, especially with Cessna C208(EX)
- Experience with EASA and FAA regulations is a plus
- Additional desired skill sets:
- Flight planning
- Crew management
- Route planning
- Operation manual review
- Aircraft maintenance (Cessna C208EX)
- Computer literate (e.g. Google Docs/Suite, Microsoft Office, Webmanuals)
- Strong interest in general aviation and seaplane operations
- High level of efficiency, accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail
- Fluency in both Khmer and English, and other languages a plus (e.g. Russian, Chinese, Thai)
