This is a client-facing sales and relationship role with significant commission potential — you will actively close private air charter and lifestyle bookings for high-net-worth individuals.
What you will do:
- Be the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for high and ultra-high-net-worth individuals
- Own and guide the entire mission – from first inquiry to booking the aircraft, and curated island/hotel experiences, through debrief and future flights
- Proactively sell and close luxury charters + bespoke, full lifestyle packages (significant commission potential)
- Respond instantly to guest requests, recommend and arrange extraordinary experiences (private islands, over-water villas, secret dinners, etc.)
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal operations, flight teams and resort partners
- Build long-term relationships with VIP guests and their staff
- Handle special services and surprises for our top clients (yes, the really fun stuff!)
- Monitor guest feedback and constantly raise the bar
What you bring:
- Proven experience with HNW/UHNW clients (private aviation, super-yachts, 5-star resorts, LVMH sales, etc. – seaplane experience is rare, so we’ll teach you the wings part)
- Thai & English fluency mandatory; additional languages a strong advantage
- Polished, confident, and comfortable face-to-face or on the phone with HNWI
- Creative mind and a sense of humor
- High IQ, High EQ, and natural sales talent with a genuine service heart
- Impeccable attention to detail and calm under pressure
- Ability to thrive in a small, high-energy, fast-changing start-up team
- Experience: 3–8 years preferred
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent real-world polish
