What you will do:
- Be the first point of contact for prospective guests.
- Ensure that our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience from enquiring, to booking their flight and experiences, until after they land and beyond.
- Responding to requests and questions from guests, as well as recommending and arranging appropriate activities and experiences.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Develop and implement guest relations / customer service policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Coordinate special services for VIP guests.
- Ensure that all guest inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
- Undertake ad hoc assignments as required.
What you need to have:
- Previous experience in guest relations / customer service, ideally in hospitality and/or aviation
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus. Thai and English are a must.
- High level of attention to detail.
