Guest Relations (Customer Service) Associate — Thailand

What you will do:

  • Be the first point of contact for prospective guests.
  • Ensure that our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience from enquiring, to booking their flight and experiences, until after they land and beyond.
  • Responding to requests and questions from guests, as well as recommending and arranging appropriate activities and experiences.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Develop and implement guest relations / customer service policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Coordinate special services for VIP guests.
  • Ensure that all guest inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Undertake ad hoc assignments as required.

What you need to have:

  • Previous experience in guest relations / customer service, ideally in hospitality and/or aviation
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus. Thai and English are a must.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
