  • Create excitement about Siam Seaplane in general and to (potential) B2B partners in particular
  • Take lead of one or more verticals: agent network, corporate, DMCs/travel agencies, resorts/marinas and other direct partners
  • Hit sales targets and actively contribute to setting, adjusting and growing the sales pipeline
  • Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress, and executing according to company targets
  • Initiate and support the team and management in negotiating partner agreements
  • Identify relevant events for Siam Seaplane. Coordinate and supervise event representative staff where relevant
  • Be involved in sales & marketing of all brands of the company, including but not related to private jet brokerage, electric boats and electric surfboards (Jetboard Asia), aviation products (Siam Aero Services) and others
  • Business development: be an integral part of the partnerships team in the development and execution of sales strategies. This includes identifying potential new partners, providing research and analysis, helping to develop and execute pitches, and tracking the success of developments. It also includes supporting with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing leads, and organization, especially on internal organizational structure of the business.
  • Data analysis: able to collect and analyze data to track partners and sales lists. This involves collecting data from a variety of sources, such as CRM systems, website analytics, and social media platforms. Understanding the different online and offline tools and systems that can be used to benefit the company. It also includes interpreting the data and identifying areas where the company can improve its partnerships and sales initiatives.
  • Event planning: able to help plan and execute events to promote partnerships and sales. This includes brainstorming event ideas, securing venues and sponsors, and managing the logistics of the event. It also includes promoting the event and tracking the success of the event.
  • Support wider commercial, sales and marketing team, and other tasks as and when required.
  • Contribute to other areas of the business according to company need, skills and experience

Qualifications and skills we look for:

  • Experience in business development, sales, ideally in hospitality and/or aviation in Thailand
  • An existing network of potential partners is a big plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical, yet able to see the big picture and be strategic
  • Able to manage and lead
  • Pro-active with a “get things done” attitude
  • Think outside the box, be creative
  • Structured and organized
  • Fluency in Thai and English. Other languages are a plus
