What you will do:

  • Provide daily operational support to executives.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating calls, preparing documents, and managing logistics, including with relevant government entities.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively between internal departments and cross-functional teams.
  • Assist in recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.
  • Translate documents between English and Bahasa Indonesia, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.
  • Handle customer inquiries.
  • Run business errands and perform assigned tasks outside the office when needed.
  • Provide ad-hoc support in various business functions as requested by the management.
  • Maintain high standards of organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Exhibit a proactive, can-do attitude and a client-first mindset.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar administrative or client service role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Other languages such as Chinese are a plus.
  • Highly organized, reliable, and flexible in handling a dynamic workload.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel and run errands as needed.
