What you will do:
- Provide daily operational support to executives.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating calls, preparing documents, and managing logistics, including with relevant government entities.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively between internal departments and cross-functional teams.
- Assist in recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.
- Translate documents between English and Bahasa Indonesia, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.
- Handle customer inquiries.
- Run business errands and perform assigned tasks outside the office when needed.
- Provide ad-hoc support in various business functions as requested by the management.
- Maintain high standards of organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Exhibit a proactive, can-do attitude and a client-first mindset.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar administrative or client service role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Other languages such as Chinese are a plus.
- Highly organized, reliable, and flexible in handling a dynamic workload.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and run errands as needed.
