Operations and Regulatory Associate / Senior Associate – Cambodia

As part of the Operations team and under supervision of the Group Quality Officer and Group Chief Technical Officer, you will:

• Participate to the establishment of operational processes
• Engage with the SSCA regulator and other relevant Government bodies
• Pending appropriate experience, manage aspects of operations such as:
  • Flight operations;
  • Engineering & Maintenance;
  • Quality Assurance; or
  • Safety Management System

• Knowledge of SSCA Cambodian Civil Aviation Regulations (CCAR) is mandatory
• Past experiences in airline operations is required,
• Experience with EASA and/or FAA regulations is a plus,
• Additional desired skill sets:
  • Flight dispatch,
  • Crew management,
  • Route planning,
  • Operations manual review,
  • Engineering & maintenance
  • Document Control / Technical Publications
  • Computer literate (e.g. Google Docs/Suite, Microsoft Office, Webmanuals)
• Strong interest in general aviation and seaplane operations
• High level of efficiency, accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail
• Fluency in both Khmer and English, and other languages a plus (e.g. Russian, Chinese, Thai)
